Fantastic new cafe in Duluth. A friend was visiting from Texas during a long layover and snuck out for a bite. I found this surprisingly when we were going to check out another dessert place and decided to pop in. What an awesome surprise to find that it was serving Japanese souffle pancakes! I don't believe there is another establishment in the ATL that serves these either. The cafe deco was so cute and very calming. It was brightly lit and well aired (given how hot it was that day). Seating is limited so I can see how if this place takes off, esp on the weekends and at night, it would be hard to find a seat. We came after lunch on a weekday so it was quiet but even then, there were only about 4 tables left. My friend got the nutella pancakes and I got a small yuzu sorbet (too full from lunch). He was a bit surprised by how it came out warm, but it is pancakes afterall and he did clear almost 80% of the dish despite us going to AYCE bbq right before haha. PROS: - huge serving of pancakes. Definitely shareable for those who also want to try more things on the menu - great amount of toppings on the pancakes - yuzu sorbet was delicious, not too sweet and not too tart CONS: - you have to wait 15-20min for the pancakes, but they tell you this so you are not surprised I would definitely come again, just to try the pancakes and other things on the menu. Plenty of parking but it does get backed up, even on a weekday!

3 fluffy, light, and airy melt in your mouth pancakes cooked to perfection with delicious whip cream on top, an abundance of fresh strawberries on the side, and yummy strawberry syrup that wasn't too sweet. A huge portion more than enough for 2 people, maybe better suited for 3 people to share! Lots of different flavors to pick from, and plenty of seating inside. Everything was great! Except the price is kind of expensive but if you split it with other people it's okay.

Finally made it to Fluffy Fluffy! Went in the middle of the day on my day off so I didn't have to wait and had plenty of seating options. I could see how it could get crazy busy/full at other times! I had the matcha tiramisu soufflé pancakes and a strawberry refresher. The refresher was fine but the pancakes were the star of the visit. I look forward to trying other options on future trips. And do like I did- go at an odd time of day and you will also likely have a chill experience.

The soufflé pancakes here are amazing! It was my first time trying soufflé pancakes and I was impressed! My friend and I ordered the matcha tiramisu soufflé. It comes with a side of matcha sauce and whipped cream. The portion size is huge - the both of us shared one and couldn't finish it. The soufflés come in different categories (classic $13.99, premium, $14.99, and deluxe $15.99). It was so worth the price! Overall rating: 10/10

Decadent is the word that I would immediately apply to food here. I highly recommend sharing one between two people. Cute little shop, with quick service. The matcha was decent, but no real balance to the dry flavors. Needed a touch more sweet. The Nutella one was perfect! A really enjoyable treat!

I saw this cafe on social media, and knew I had to experience it. Trust me, it DID NOT disappoint. They specialize in stacks of soufflé pancakes with a variety of tasty toppings. We ordered the crème brûlée one and it was so good! This is definitely more than enough to share so I recommend ordering one. The inside of the place is very colorful and floral, and the service is quick and easy. I plan on returning soon to try more of the menu.

Amazing pancakes that went above expectations. They weren't super sweet except the cream that went on the side. Also weren't heavy on the stomach from airy they were. Would def recommend trying this place out if you're around

I've been twice. First time, lines and wait time tines were so long, I opted to return. Came back again, and there was little to no line. This is a small place located in a shopping center with limited seating, but it's cute. My group ordered various things to try, and they were good. Pancakes were definitely as the name states, fluffy. They were large and wiggle, and though they are tasty, they have a strong egg flavor. Croffles were also tried. They were crunchy and good, but their tiramisu option was just meh. I would return, though, and try a different type.

Arrived at 9PM on a weeknight and this place was popping! We placed our order for the pancakes and it took 15-20 minutes to arrive, which they warn it will take them to make it fresh. Pancakes were around 15$ but were definitely enough to split. I enjoyed trying them, the cookie and cream topping was great, but it wasn't my favorite dessert ever. The pancakes have a light texture, but are kind of plain with a somewhat eggy flavor. Inside it had a modern, coffeehouse vibe. They could have used another staff member to clear wipe down the tables.

I had a great experience at Fluffy Fluffy. I didn't know what to expect since I was invited by a friend and hadn't heard much about it. We went on a Saturday and I was warned to arrive when they open because they get busy. It's light and airy inside with hanging leaves. Cute tables and booths. Everything looked clean and well kept. After we got in line it was just about out the door! I'm so glad we arrived early because the line was out the door shortly after opening. The cashier was friendly and helpful and gave recommendations when I asked for them. I ordered the raspberry and caramelized banana pancake and a regular coffee. You're given a buzzer (just like when you waiting for a table at other restaurants) to let you know when your order is ready. Drinks come out first so you'll have to maneuver your way around the line a bit. Don't forget to keep your buzzer! It'll go off again for your food. The wait was minimal and well worth it. The coffee was made well and the pancakes were amazing! Keep in mind these aren't regular pancakes, they are souffle pancakes so they are y'all, light and a bit eggy. Mine came with raspberries, blackberries and cream on top with the banana on the side. I was impressed with the crunch on that caramelized banana! Vanilla ice cream topped with whip cream cake in the side along with additional raspberry sauce. So yum! Last thing to mention, don't forget to bus your own table.
